إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Indeed, with hardship comes ease.

وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ

And He is with you wherever you are.

أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ

Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.

الرَّحْمَٰنُ

Ar-Rahmān — The Most Merciful, whose mercy embraces all of creation.

An-Nūr — The Light. The illuminator of the heavens and the earth.

إِنَّمَا الأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ

Actions are judged only by intentions, and every person will have only what they intended.

الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ

The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe.

مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ

Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى

O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.

Sahih Muslim 2721 — Du'a of the Prophet ﷺ

أَحَبُّ الْأَعْمَالِ إِلَى اللَّهِ أَدْوَمُهَا وَإِنْ قَلَّ

The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small.

النَّاسُ نَائِمُونَ فَإِذَا مَاتُوا انْتَبَهُوا

People are asleep, and when they die they awaken.

كُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيبٌ أَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِيلٍ

Be in this world as if you are a stranger or a traveller passing through.

إِلَهِي قَلْبِي مَحْجُوبٌ وَنَفْسِي مَعْيُوبَةٌ وَعَقْلِي مَغْلُوبٌ

My God, my heart is veiled, my soul is flawed, my intellect is overcome — yet Your generosity has accustomed me to ease, and Your kindness has shown me Your gentleness.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صَبَاحِي هَذَا نَازِلًا عَلَيَّ بِضِيَاءِ الْهُدَى

O Allah, make this morning of mine descend upon me with the light of guidance, and with safety in religion and worldly life.
