Delete Your Account

You can delete your Ruhi account and data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open Ruhi, go to Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes:

Your account and profile
Your posts, comments and messages
Your dream journal entries and saved du'as
Your Journey progress and rewards

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email support@ruhi.au from the address registered to your Ruhi account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify you are the account holder and delete it, usually within 7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

What happens to your data

Your personal data is deleted from our systems.
Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, fraud prevention), for a limited period — see the Privacy Policy.
Messages you sent to others may remain visible to them, with your name removed.
